Make the Holidays Bright for Kids in Foster Care!
The holidays are such a wonderful time of the year. However, this time of the year can be a
tough time for kids in foster care. While many kids are eagerly waiting to open their gifts,
youth in foster care will be gearing up to face the ongoing challenge of celebrating the
season without parents, relatives, or siblings. Fortunately, we can make a difference.
That is why I am hosting a holiday donation drive. Your donations will help stock the
Treehouse Wearhouse, a free store where youth can shop for toys, warm clothes, books, and other essential items.
Here’s how you can help:
• Purchase a new toy or warm clothing.
• Make a monetary donation. Checks payable to: Treehouse or donate online click here
• Spread the word The holidays are a great time to invite the people you care about to join you in giving back.By collecting new clothing, brand new toys, and setting up your online donation page, you can give youth in foster care a spectacular holiday.
