This is my Quarterly Condo Report that I send out to 622 condos around Lake Union. It is for 2+ bedrooms, 1.75+ bathroom condos WITH a view of Lake Union. No new construction to keep it apples to apples every quarter. I have been sending these out for about 15 years now and find it quite interesting to see how we are doing around the lake.
